The Broken Shore

My homebrew campaign has sort of come to end and now we are fleshing a new one. I've started with a new regional map where most of the adventure will take place. It's called "The Broken Shore" and here's what it looks like:

Back to Work!

I've been preoccupied with some other stuff lately and haven't had any time to post material . . . new or recycled. The good news as that I will be back it starting tommorow.

My current campaign has taken a bit a twist so I will be uploading a pile of new maps in short order.

Cheers!

Recycled . . . Safehold . . . a local area map

This settlement -scale map is a local area map for a campaign idea that fell through a few years ago when my group first got into 4e. If you can make out the image in the top left it is a pen and ink drawing of walled town that provided me the inspration for Safehold (the name of the fortified settlement). The image was not drawn by me and unfortunately I do not know who to give credit to for it as it showed up on a google search. Anyway, my main campiagn is starting to wind down (reaching 20th level) and I am exploring avenues for a new one and this old map came up.

Ode to Balin's Tomb . . . (28Hx25W)

I'm a sucker for the Lord of the Rings film franchise. My favorite scene is the battle in Balin's Tomb. I've always wanted to try and recreate that sequence ala 4th Edition but lacked the proper map. I spent some time on YouTube, taking notes of the layout and came up with this:

Recycled . . . Digger's Tunnel (15Hx20W)

And old map of a mine, complete with ore carts and rails.

Modular Dungeon Chamber #3 (12Hx21W)

It's been a while since I posted something from my modular dungeon series. This map features a few pits and an elevation and lots of square pillars. Again, it's the ind of micro-environment that 'herds' players in certain directions, something I really dig in a battlemap.

Urban Tavern - Upper Storey (12Hx21W)

Here's the second storey of my urban tavern. A common area and some large rooms for rent or lease.
